Colorado River Canoe Trip

The Colorado River canoe trip started out with Mr. Seamands, Mr. Woods and Mr. Howell going to pick up the canoes from the Kimball Scout Ranch in Las Vegas. Once we picked up the canoes it was on to Bullhead City to meet up with the rest of the troop. While we were waiting there was a really big thunderstorm that came through, it was cool.

The next morning while the cars were being shuttled, David worked with the scouts who were working on the canoeing merit badge. When the drivers got back we started paddling for Needles Marina. We had lots of fun the first day and made good time to Needles. That night some of the scouts and adults went to the pool and Jacuzzi to relax.
